I reckon they would have made an offer already but maybe they can't get access to the funds to build the mine? I can't think of any other reason as to why they haven't made a move already.
I've got a lot of faith in these 2 new directors, look at the incredible growth of Mondi under David Hathorn's helm. These guys are getting involved because they see the massive upside potential here.
