    How does $27/tonne internal price for Indian brown coal compare to LV coal. I've seen a few years ago AGL mentioning $3/tonne cost of mining brown coal?

    The overburden and water table issues obviously make it s lot dearer in India, but if above is accurate I would assume Aus low ash upgraded LV coal could be landed not too much above the price of upgraded poor quality high ash Indian coal.

    Thoughts?
