    Reading between the lines of the announcement apart from the obvious.

    The announcement mentions the purpose of the halt is to prevent speculation and rumors pre- the bondholders meeting.
    I don't believe it but would give some credence to a takeover possibility or at least an offer. Conversely it strengthens their hand a little in a raising.
