Correct
Initially FCN requested a Trading Halt until start of trade Friday 11th OR until and announcement by FCN. The announcement has not been forthcoming.
If they can't met the start of trade 11th deadline for an announcement then they must request a suspension from trading. These are ASX trading rules.
This is not that uncommon when there are complex negotiations are going on in the background especially when it is an RTO/Acquisition.
Just more nail biting and plenty of time over the weekend to do it in.
