I'm probably looking at this incorrectly but I view FCN prior to the acquisition valued at around .007 to .01. If you then add the acquisition/cap raise of .016 you are still looking at entry at .023 to .026.

This trading range was around the price at the time of the TH when we expected consolidation to be no less than .06c and after we got excited by the increase in sales.

Consolidation rate is now .08c; I've added another .007 to .01 to include the new consolidation rate plus the expected sales of printers/parts/filaments etc.

I think .03 to .035 trading range. After acquisition you'd want relisting price to be in the high teens .15 to .175c.

The shares will be in strong hands so I'd expect supply to be weak which could justify this price.

I can't recall exactly but BRN relisted at .15; opened at .16 and closed at .23.

I guess my outlook is that the share is worth more than .023 now. At 3c we would want a relisting price at 15c. The sophisticated investors in at 8c have got a really good deal, we as investors also have got a good deal in that they will foot up to 5mil. This cash injection may be what's needed... More R&D, make more units to supply etc.

They have offered more shares than previously suggested so maybe there are a few other adjustments. This alone suggests to me that people think this will go places.
