Lucapa Diamond Company Limited (ASX: LOM) (the Company) requests a voluntary suspension of trading in the Company’s securities effective immediately pending a joint announcement from Lucapa and its partners in the Lulo Diamond Project, including Angolan national diamond company Endiama, regarding the diamond update referred to in the trading halt request of 5 February 2016.
Lucapa expects that announcement will be made to the ASX no later than Monday, 15 February 2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
