Without a doubt, the coming news will be bad. IF the news was good, SGH would have worded the announcement in a positive light for example in December when SGH 'expected' a positive quarter. Only, when there is negative news, would SGH use cunning words which infer uncertainty.

I would expect:
1) 2-400million write-down on goodwill at least.
2) Negative net position for the entirety of 2016, with more debt accrued.
3) Changing of board or severe restructuring.
