    Just for clarity the above is not entirely correct. The ruling is TH cannot exceed the commencement of trading on the second day trading after the day announced.
    Announce Wed
    Thurs 1 day
    Friday 2 day (open that morning)

    Therefore a TH would require trading to recommence on Friday morning and the numbers would need to be ready by COB Thursday.
