I don't quite follow you. In one breath the 10mil required to be paid tomorrow is a potential problem, but at the same time the 10mil they may receive from NCM is a pittance...
Given the state of affairs I would have thought 10 mil is very significant.

Also forgive my ignorance, but the 5mil or so disbursements you mention - who receives this cash? SGH? If so 15mil would seem to be very significant at this time to me.
