I read the article where Mr Skippen defended the DD by saying it was the most thorough process he had ever seen. It seemed to me to be such a weak and passive attitude, as though he was on the sidelines the whole time just watching Andrew do his thing. Fair enough Mr Grech is the driving force in the organisation, but in my view the Chairman should have been far more assertive in managing risk.
