There is a real risk that they will announce results but continue the suspension to pursue some sort of restructuring. This is highly unusual - even for companies that have announced enormous write downs of intangibles in recent years (think Seven West Media, Fairfax, anything media really) there has been no need for suspension. It raises the prospect that the write downs / other factors being contemplated by the auditors will be catastrophic to the balance sheet.

It's hard to take comfort from anything written in that release - it's entirely factual but could seriously underplay the extent of the issues.
