If it is about disallowed historic tax losses then it would probably mean Corum may have to pay some back taxes as a worst case scenario. As the company is well cashed up it is not going to be a major hurdle. If you run a profitable business you have to expect to pay your fair share of income tax. Monday's announcement will clarify all of this and hope it indicates nothing illegitimate has occurred with the accounting practices.
