REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Norwood Systems Limited refers to its request for a trading halt on 16 March 2016.
The Company does not expect to be in a position to make an announcement to the market by commencement of trading on Friday, 18 March 2016 to lift the trading halt. Accordingly, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests an immediate voluntary suspension of its securities until the release of a pending announcement.
The voluntary suspension is sought pending an announcement to the market regarding third party distribution agreement.
At this stage the Company expects to release an announcement to the market on Monday, 21 March 2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension
