Not dramatic or ominous - standard practice when unable to produce ann to market prior to TH ending. See ZIP last year mid-Nov - similar pattern. TH followed by suspension followed by significant ann (brand ambassador agreement). In ZIP's case, it was mid down-trend when the ann was released. Once support was broken at 0.67 the down-trend continued, albeit with a sharp (and brief) increase once trading resumed post suspension. I'm hoping we will see a different pattern with NOR, acting as a catalyst to end the current down-trend. Goodness knows what will happen if support at 0.040 - 0.042 is broken though...
