    Read the link from BT1 above. 16 pages of bureaucratic nonsense and subjective opinion. The assumption seems to be that anyone investing in resource stocks is an idiot and needs hand holding, ultimately from birth a guess. It is a shame MOD has been caught up in this nonsense.
