No matter how they try to window dress the announcement in the coming week it's not good news. The numbers and words will be what they are but the bulls should brace themselves that it's likely more negative news than positive. Rarely have I seen a company go into an extended halt for positive news especially after staying silent at the AGM, announcing a surprise downgrade 2-3 weeks ago and now with all eyes on the accounts/large inventory, AP and slowing sales the Board are likely freaking out getting legal advice to ensure they don't breach continuous disclosure. This business in my opinion and its management have no idea what their numbers are going to come out at so how the hell are brokers meant to know?
I've been burnt so many times over the years so stop drinking the coolaid and hope whatever dog shit is likely to be announced post halt is the end of the bad news so we can revevalute and move on.
