    I'm not sure if a deal "has been done", but I think no one is in office during new years is a contributing factor. It's going to be hard lining up lawyers, accountants and bankers...

    I also suspect it might be an offer from a downstream customer wanting to own the upstream asset, thus the offer is more complicated
