It's the transaction of a material acquisition that seems to be the hold up, which if they were purchasing an asset off WCC (indee gold mine) it would be a muddy transaction because investors were burnt pretty bad... asx would be careful to observe any transaction from a company currently listed WCC but suspended for a number of years.
