This is my view to it
On the MOU NAB ann it's mentioned "Engagement will begin week commencing 6th March 2017 & continue as required where agreed by both parties."
Monday it's 6th IMO they will do with NAB the commencing and more documents and be back by Wednesday with a more solid MOU ANNOUNCEMENT
