REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Intiger Group Limited (“Intiger” or the “Company”) requests a voluntary suspension in the trading of the Company’s securities, effective immediately. The voluntary suspension is requested pending finalisation of a release to clarify the ASX release made by the Company on 1 March 2017. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

 A trading halt in the trading of the Company’s securities was granted on Wednesday 1 March 2017;

 The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until an announcement is made by the Company to further clarify the announcement made on 1 March 2017, which Intiger expects to make within the next 3 business days;

 The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

 The Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market of the voluntary suspension.
