Trading halt lasts for max two days..??.. unless ASX grants special circumstances to extend to 4 days.
Suspension option is used when the company does not think it can resolve the underlying situation and update the market before the ending of the relatively small amount of time for a trading halt.
Suspension option also means existing orders are purged prior to re-open.

Therefore;
1. Whatever this concerns it is a serious issue.
2. We can expect significant movement in share price upon resumption.
