REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION (ASX CODE: BGS)
Birimian Limited (Company) refers to the current trading halt in the Company’s securities.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a voluntary suspension in trading in
the Company’s securities listed on the ASX to apply from the commencement of trading on
Monday, 1 May 2017.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:
(a) The Company seeks the voluntary suspension pending an announcement
(Announcement) providing an update in relation to an internal corporate
reorganisation and the internal corporate review announced by the Company on
4 April 2017.
(b) The Company requests the suspension is put in place until the Company is in a
position to make the anticipated Announcement, which is expected to be no later than
3 May 201
