I agree with much of what you are saying, but as Dylan wrote many moons ago, the times they are a changing, so today with social media (eg HC), instant access to newsworthy events, the propaganda of fake news, just about instant access to anything (took me a few minutes to get photos of the Board and Soren) brings in the question of what is the basis of short selling. To create fear, and as fear excellerates, panic. Much of which is fed by unsubstantiated information.
