The jury is not out yet as to what category QIN would fall under. Let's just hope it will survive this. Regardless of the outcome, will reiterate Soren is a sleazebag. Nothing wrong with shorting. Everything wrong with his ego and how he sucked people in with his scare tactics. I don't know how he sleeps at night truthfully.

Not all of Glaucus’s short bets have been as successful as Quintis. Shares in National Beverage Corp. have almost doubled and those in Itochu Corp. have gained about 40 percent since Glaucus published negative reports on the companies last year.
