I am not a lawyer, so I assume the above scenario would be legal.

One I have not sold any of my shares.

B Have used them as collateral to borrow more shares. We can do that with houses.

The borrowed shares, I can do whatever I want with them, I am not using any inside information.

C the name change and my resigning, is that illegal.

D getting an independent report from glaucus, is that illegal? I don't think so, but again I am not a lawyer.

I own 45 mil shares, I've gone and borrowed another 45 mil shares, now I'm really worried, I've shorted the borrowed 45 mil shares, I don't have them any more.

I'll need to get some expert analysis, So I will need to get it from, a reputable firm.

I can't see anything illegal in the above scenario. Maybe a bush lawyer on HT can contradict me.

Being a responsible person, Now that I have my glaucus report, I will have to let the press know that maybe all along I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Did I get it all wrong, for the last so many years.

    Oh the Horror

    IMO
