    Because someone posted that brokers hadn't cut QIN in a delusional attempt to suggest it was business as usual.

    When the house broker who has made large fees from underwriting multiple cap raises - and therefore would be expected to be head cheerleader of the company - drops coverage of the stock citing a lack of transparency, that's not business as usual.
