If you look at intent - why try to hide it? It's not possible to hide something like that (even if it did take 4 months to come out). Blind freddy could see when it did come at a later date it would be a massive disaster, and if it did come out when it actually happened I can't see how it could have been terminal for the company. A speed bump maybe.
And how could it be a miscommunication? It's not like it's the milk wasn't delivered this week. A contract was terminated. No one forgets that.
Mischief from someone who wants to pick up the company or its assets on the cheap? I don't buy that either as that persons fingerprints would be all over it.
Has me stumped and I look forward (sort of) to reading what they come up with.
