Even with very little new income surely they will have enough in the bank plus existing income streams to easily survive, and service their debt , for at least another financial year won't they? Which is a lot of time to be able to restructure or reinvent the business model. Even class actions take a lot of time. Unless any of the recent issues can result in debts being called in straight away...
