It's not dead yet. If i'd listened to the naysayers during credit Corp's massive downturn and all the fear uncertainty and doubt I would be worse off to the tune of about $700,000 right now.
You have to base decisions on the fundamentals not the emotions for long term investing. I get excited when a share price drops as I can pick up more cheaper and I get concerned when prices are higher than fundamentals dictate. Like sydney house prices now I'm looking to sell and rent and invest the funds in equities.
Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful... right now I'm greedy....
