    Probably best to wait a 3-6 months for the market to recover. Once a new flavour of the month is revealed, the opportunity to acquire something will exist. For now, good time to shut shop and wait on the sidelines.

    Recompliance for listing will mean a minimal CR of $4 million, and right now, the market is downright dead.
