This is not necessarily negative news.
According to the ASX listing rules 11.1 the company would be entering into a "transaction that may result in significant change to the nature or scale of a listed entity's activities".
This could be related to news on why Mr Blom agreed to the acquisition. Might have something big in the pipe line.
Will have to wait and see! I'm definitely happy I held on to my shares.
