The last announcement said "The voluntary suspension will remain in place until not later than the commencement of trading on Friday, 21st July 2017."
That date has well passed and no further information regarding the suspension (or its reason) has been provided. Due diligence on the company seems to have been completed, mostly discovering that all previous capital raising and other assets has basically been diverted to Peter Lee's private company.
I can appreciate a prospectus may still need to be finalised (and capital raising to occur) however it's disappointing even the new board has not provided an update and left traders in limbo.
