    Still not conclusive

    The "industrial minerals" matter seems conclusive, which is about exporting "mineral concentrates". I posted about this on the MNS forum.

    However, as KNL have said, the 16% free carried interest is not clear. Imo, based on the wording in the legislation, it appears it may apply
