my concern is not the new laws but how they may affect potential off-take agreements
the Tanzanian govt has acted too rash & now appears unpredictable
graphite end users need certainty of supply because they will develop batteries based on certain graphite specifications
for example, Botian have expressed interest in increasing their factory by 200% using BKT graphite
now this may have uncertainty
while i will not sell, i am preparing my mind for a BKT loss
