There's a hell of a lot of scare monering going on here.
I don't rate zip as a company, but this announcement was a good move and they will recommence trading shortly I am sure. Lots of people trying to create drama here.
That said, I highly doubt this deal has any real value for them. But I think it's better than keeping the ip to themselves as they clearly can't create value from it. The interest for me here will be what they try to back into this shell.
