So the Asset to Liability ratio has changed significantly.

That may have triggered the ASX query.

Hopefully we can just point to the fact that Monos are paying our bills (and obviously have been for a while), pending the imminent completion of the XEPT deal and that satisfies the requirements (i.e. access to funds is 'secured').

Who knows, given that Monos and XEPT seem genuinely intent to finally close this deal out and move forward, it may just give them the final nudge to sign the remaining docs (or whatever is required)..

gosh this story just gets better and better......lol ahhhh wishful thinking anyway, fingers crossed cant wait to wake up tomorrow morning to market open, might need some sleeping pills tonight to get to sleep.
