This seems to be the NY consortium and funding for whatever they are doing there (statement is quite clear).
I suspect it's a few million dollars (govt grant) for further analysis/work into how that facility can be converted into a battery factory.
I'm not holding my breathe on anything significant for shareholders to come from this (sadly)
