I won't be participating of im offered a 1 purchased for every 10 shares I own because I already have enough vested in CSS.

I could ask my dad if he wants to front the money and I'll transfer the shares to his account and he gets the discount price but my dad wasn't interested 2 months ago when they were less than .6 cents.

No doubt they need money to expand but debt is an option, remember a few years ago the combank debt facility they had some debt and CSS paid it back super fast, no need to pay off more than the required repayments.
