Just wondering CR just before AGM and Mr. Placha has 12 mil. of shares and voting rights, is it coincidence ? will new shares will dilute his voting power in AGM,? Also 9 mil. shares are releasing from escrow in coming week. Is it just coincidence or strategy? or simply CR for business and expansion? Just my thoughts
