As I understand from the 2 announcements on Monday, CAD needs to release a Cleansing Prospectus for the last CR.
For this latest CR, CAD attempted a relatively 'tick and flick' approach of a 'cleansing statement', but they were not allowed to do this as they technically had gone over a '5 days in suspension in 12 months' limit.
