Perhaps ASIC may not allow crypto exchange as they did not let BGL to list (shareholder of DCC) apparently for same reason. Or may be ASIC wanted prospectus for this new business model. Unless BPG already disclosed their intention to market earlier about opening exchange which I am not aware of.
