I am not trying to offend anyone, but the question you asked was too soft & too easy to deflect - they were hardly likely to say that they had made a mistake, were they !
It is incredible that no-one seems to have REALLY CHALLENGED them on the Magna decision at the AGM.
At the time, it would have been very simple to raise several $Million at ~ 8c / share!
The effect of this type of investment would have continued the positive SP growth & minimised the dilution!
The Magna deal was clearly going to be a far greater dilution and, as Von has repeatedly stated (& been proven correct), has resulted in instability and a great deal of angst.
The damage has now been done, but the Directors need to be put on notice, so they make more considered decisions in future.
By the way, my mistake was not flying to Sydney for the AGM !
