I asked the question at the AGM would you do the same Magna deal all over again they were emphatic in saying yes.They believe it put them in a better bargaining position having cash on the books with coal sale negotiations and also no further share dilution for CKA.When they get there finance deal they mentioned they will buy out the remainder of the note.
