    If it were a takover it wouldnt resume trading today on such slim info.

    Assume it is an agreement similar to all other recent new clients. But they probably need to give details

    IE: "this means approximately 100 Billion deliveries a year and additional revenue of a gazillion dollars"

    wish I bought back more of the shares i sold around $3
