Doubt it would be a public company- they'd have to be in a halt as well with some of announcement wouldn't they?
My guess on amount of the CR - probably 4-ish million?
Assuming the Average price since re-cap to be around .3c, they're probs offering the CR scrip at a discount around .25c to .275c?
