CDC's future is on Dingxi's hand, in Shanghai. They have lots funds and assets, for now, just show off, have not used any in Australia.
It is good to see the ASX action yesterday, CDC holds the AGM in such a late time, that at least means paying less attention here.
I dont think they will leave Australia shortly, unless ASX forces them to do so. They do capital risings in China, still need Dairy and CDC here as an advertisement, they have potential interests here.
Dairy is just small part of their business, they invested heavily in a mineral-Molybdenum, but this thing's price is 5 times lower than that in 2004.
Keep an eye on the coming AGM, if David leaves and no suitable successor, I will treat it as a bad signal, they may also breach the listing rules.
From sp 0.12 to 0.065, I saw manipulators appeared, sometimes on the sellers side, they want the sp even lower, but now mostly appear on the buyers side.
