I think based on ASX peer comparisons, against other companies with similar size resources and stages of development, the offer significantly undervalues the assets of SMC.

Wallin has been very patient and strategic in the way he has gone about taking over this company. The market for the stock was destroyed by the first TO attempt. Of course the company is worth way more. Why else would he want it all for himself.

I actually hope that he has miscalculated and the development costs weigh the whole project down forever and he gets stuck with a go nowhere resource or a loss making mine. That would serve him right for being so greedy. Esh
