The details of the transaction shall be subject of an announcement that the Company "expects" to make within the next 72 hours.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension "remains in place until an announcement is made by the Company" in relation to the transaction.
Reads pretty clearly to me: The Company hoped to have details within 72 hours, it obviously hasnt happened so we remain in suspension until they make the announcement. More waiting but I think were all used to that by now.
My feeling is this has to be related to India and the changes to the MPA because Australia shuts down over Xmas. However they did say in the Sept announcement which was the last Capital Management update: ECTF is planning for the market roll-out of the ELF structure, using the expertise and software that ECTF now has in place, and will " update shareholders as outcomes progress.
