Its more than possible, its very probable they made a decision on the fly. In fact, imo it would have been derelict of them not to delay it, within the rules of course!
What do you mean about knowing this on thursday? Do you mean tv2 knew about what was going to happen with the DJ on the NYSE the following week and therefore put us into a halt?? Surely to goodness you didnt mean that!
