had exactly the same situation with ab1 last week, finalising the deal just took a bit longer than was anticipated, but all went well and tidy profits were made by many.
I'm leaning towards this being a final contract signing, in house progress can be kept under wraps, I expect theres another party deeply involved in this warranting the need for a th to stem leakage beyond their control.
